Women who do not like to put in the time and effort into their health and fitness.

Women recovering in the previous 6 weeks from surgery, or other acute medical conditions. Those who have a medical condition, must get a Dr’s release form to participate in challenge.

Women who like to complain, and get jealous when other women succeed.

Women who do not like to be held accountable to their commitments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What happens if I am a man, and I want to do the challenge?

YES. Kudos to YOU. Well done. Absolutely you can participate. Please abide by respecting the rules of the group, stated in the contract.

What is the exact start date and end date of the challenge?

Sunday January 9th. 3PM Newfoundland Time. 230 PM Atlantic Time. 130 pm Eastern Standard Time. We will be doing a live Food preparation class at this time, along with a meet, greet, and basic goal setting session. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL by Saturday January 8th to be prepared for follow along recipes to do on Sunday January 9th, 2022.

What days and times are the classes?

Monday 430 pm EST 6-7 PM Newfoundland Time Tuesday and Thursday’s 12pm EST 130 pm Newfoundland Time. Food preparation Sundays either 3 or 4pm Newfoundland Time, 130 or 230 Eastern Standard Time.

What happens if I am not able to make those times?

That is OK. Classes are recorded and sent out an hour after each class. That way you can easily follow along. Please make sure you look at your schedule for the week, and schedule in what day and time you will make up the live missed class.

What if I have never taken a fitness class before?

That is totally OK. Body by Lita classes are designed for women who have NO Experience with fitness, all the way to intermediate/ advanced. Check out what other clients have to say here.

I have tried other challenges and have not been successful?

It is the accountability, and nutrition that makes that extra difference. You will be held accountable, with a no show or class completion fee of $75 for each class not completed. Then each week, we will have a live food preparation event, going over the recipes, and food needed for your week. Success is in the planning.

What if I don’t follow along with all the challenge rules?

That is totally ok. I am not a coach that is going to shame you for not following the rules. My intention is to support, nature, and guide you to YOUR most optimal health journey. However, in order to be eligible for any of the prizes, you MUST FOLLOW the CHALLENGE RULES signed in the contract.

What if I only want to pay cash or do e-transfer?

Yes. That is definitely acceptable. However, to participate in the challenge, you must have a method of payment on file to be eligible to be in the challenge. This is in accordance with the contract that will be send out and to be signed.

To be Eligible for Cash and Runner Up Prizes The Following Rules Apply:
* Fill out and return contract by the beginning date of contest. January 18th, 2022
* State your top 2 Goals that you want to achieve by February 17th, 2022 by January 10th LIVE
during class, Via Voxer and/or Facebook group.
* A newspapered dated January 10th, 2022 before and after February 17th, 2022 photo.
* Video or written Testimonial of Your Experience. Bonus points will be awarded for video
testimonial.
* Complete all classes, and weekly meal preparations. From January 16th to February 24th,
2022.
* Complete daily check ins to the group via Voxer, and/or Facebook group.
* IF NOT ATTENDING LIVE Classes. Check in weekly via email what 3 days and times, you
will be completing classes, and meal preperation. Attend the Live Celebration Event on
Saturday February 19th.
* Vote following the voting process for the top 3 Challenge Participants.
